Express shipping is FREE Australia wide for all orders over $100, orders under $100 will incur a $10.00 postage and handling fee **

Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days and posted via Australia Post Express Post and we will email you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery time is estimated to be 2-5 business days within Australia.  
Delivery time may vary and is subject to Australia Post.


Shipping outside of Australia is FREE for all orders over $150 Shipping and handling costs a flat rate of $15.00 for all international orders under $150 **

Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. International delivery is estimated to be 5-7 business days.
Delivery times may vary between countries and areas and is subject to post providers in the delivery country. All international parcels are sent with Registered Post and require a signature upon delivery.

illias is not responsible for lost or damaged items 

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / the country you're shipping to. Any additional charges that incurred for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer; illias has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; illias recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.


**PLEASE NOTE for both Australian and International orders:
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, illias takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft that may occur. illias recommends purchasing insurance on all parcels and providing a shipping address where someone will be present within business hours to accept the delivery. If someone will not be present to accept delivery of the item or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing a different shipping option (fees will apply) and providing an alternative address such as a business address where someone will always be available to receive the parcel  - If you would like to use alternative shipping options such as tracking/insurance please email us for options and costs:



We want you to love your new swimwear as much as we do, but understand that working out sizing when shopping online can be a little tricky, therefore we are happy to offer you an exchange for a credit note within 30 days of purchase, given the item is in original condition with all swing tags and hygiene stickers in place. (illias has the right to deny an exchange if items sent do not meet this criteria).

illias operates on a strict return for credit note only policy. No cash/card returns will be issued.

In order to be eligible, you must download the exchange form below then email: to receive an Authorisation Number (AN), no exchanges will be accepted without a completed exchange form (please also write the AN on the outside of your parcel as parcels without this will be returned to sender). illias will inspect garments returned and issue a credit note to the value (minus $10 shipping and handling if value is over $150) of the returned items, given all conditions above are met.

illias Swimwear cannot be held not responsible for any exchanged orders that are lost or damaged during transit, we highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for your parcel to ensure it arrives safety back at our warehouse.



Return shipping

To exchange your swimsuit, you should send it at your own expense to: PO Box 4134 Narre Warren South, VIC 3805


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for the replacement item being sent back to you, illias is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping price will be subtracted from your credit note for exchange.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



In the event of a sale or special offer, please ensure discount code is entered correctly and has taken the amount off (eg. 10%) before finalising your purchase. Unfortunately after purchases have been made we are unable to add discounts if the code has not gone through.
